[Self-care]: You can easily record the practice status (○ △ ×), weight, and number of steps of action goals (= my rules) for health set in interviews with professionals (registered dietitians / public health nurses).
① Decide on my rules for improving lifestyle (diet, exercise, etc.) (1 to 6)
(2) Record the practical status of the goal (○ △ ×) and the review of the day (drinking party, going to the gym, eating before going to bed, etc.).
③ Weight and number of steps can be linked with a weight scale and wearable device. You can also use Alexa to record your weight by voice. (Of course, manual input is also possible)
By looking back on your own lifestyle and keeping a record every day, you can understand the relationship between weight gain and loss and the practice status of My Rules (effect of My Rule practice), which leads to the continuation of healthy behavior.
[+ (Plus) Part 1]: Applicants can join the chat group in the app anonymously (by setting a nickname). By encouraging each other in the group, you can enjoy your daily health activities.
