The app/online platform is nice. The issue is the quality of service. The cleaners don't show up half the time to the scheduled appointment. This is unacceptable. It's like calling an Uber/Lyft driver that just abandons you without notice.
The customer service is the worst.
My girlfriend is a handy person for this app and she recieved sexually suggestive texts of a Very inappropriate manner from the customer and cancelled the job out of concern for her safety. There seems to be no way to report, review or refute the customer unless you first go to and complete the job. She is charged a cancellation fee without being able have it reviewed and dismissed first. There is now way for the handy person to be able to check the reviews on the customer. You are putting these employees at risk and forcing them to make a choice between money and their safety.
Handy customer service is insufficient even to their professional workers.. I had a malfunction with my profile app and was unable to use the app so my cellphone carrier request that I download and reinstall. And don't you know i could not even complete the download. For some lame reason it would not work. Now this is some technical problems. But Handy did not hesitate to charge me a $50.00 for not showing I put to the cistomer. AND YET THEY HAVE NO PERSONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. CAN'T REACH NO ONE AT ALL....SMH...
App claims to update you with Handy pro's location, but it is very buggy. After making a booking, certain things are hard to change.
Well they told my fees would would be waived they lied yes and now they asking like they don't know what I am talking bout now I see why you got 2stars
