Used Handy cleaning today for the first time - my house looks amazing and Melissa L did a fabulous job. Would recommend the service highly!

The app is mediocre at best. The service is substandard on a good day. We have booked 4 times with the company only to have a pro show up once. When she did, her work was excellent. But since then it's been nothing but frustration and lack of services delivered. If you're looking for help, look elsewhere.
Good app. Need to add a function where you can add Handy appts to your Google calendar from the Handy app. Annoying to have to move back and forth. Make an "Add to Calendar" feature already! Update: Found the add to calendar feature, but it wasn't where I expected it to be. Down at the bottom under reschedule would make more sense than a barely visible icon in the upper right. Have y'all run some UX studies lately? I can recommend a great person for that!
Shady company robs customers I've used this app for over a year now. The pros are hit or miss. If you find a good one, keep them. The app itself is also so so. It's not intuitive and for new customers, it's not user friendly.The low rating is about the company itself. They recently mandated a minimum of three hours for all cleaning pros. I only require two. But the dumb app doesn't allow for an edit in the time you need, regardless of whether you need the full three hours. My last pro only worked two hours and Handy charged me 3.5 hours. When I asked for a refund for the unworked hours, their customer service refused. I was already on the fence about this company and this unreasonable experience has proved to me that I need to find a different house cleaning service. I would suggest everyone do the same if they don't want to get ripped off.
