About this app

HandyPMS is a scheduling tool designed for part-time and housekeeping staff in hotels. Schedules, shift registration, leave requests, and notifications are all centralized on your mobile phone. No more waiting for relays or worrying about not understanding announcements.

■ Shift Registration and Schedules

• View available dates and shift types using the calendar.

• Register shifts online and check the number of rooms available for that day.

• Registered dates are clearly displayed, avoiding duplicates or omissions.

• Rules requiring advance registration are directly displayed on the screen.

■ Leave Requests and Cancellation Applications

• Cancel your schedule online after registering.

• Check application progress and approval results at any time.

• You can also submit a leave request for room purchase directly through the app.

■ Instant Notifications

No need to actively check for schedule changes; push notifications will be sent in the following situations:

• Leave application approved or rejected

• Schedule modified

• Work permit expiring or already expired

• Updated available shift dates

All notifications are saved in the notification list, ensuring you don't miss anything even if you don't see them immediately.

■ Work Permit Management

• Proactive reminders before expiry, and the ability to upload supporting documents directly within the app.

• Avoid scheduling disruptions due to expired permits.

■ Chat Room
Contact administrators directly within the app for any issues; no additional messaging software is required.

■ Supports 10 Languages
Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Thai, Filipino, Cambodian, Burmese, and Mongolian. Switch between languages ​​within the app at any time to confirm schedules and notifications in your preferred language.

■ How to Use
This app is for use by staff members of partner hotels. Login requires an account provided by the hotel, or by binding your LINE account. If you do not yet have an account, please contact your hotel.
