The app was okay at first, but now I've had some serious complications. First it would tell me that an order is ready, but when I go down to Palete, they said they haven't even prepared it yet. And now, even when I'm connected to the wifi, it's saying there's a connection issue and refuses to place my order. It's pretty much useless now and unreliable.

It used to work relatively well on my old phone. After I switched to a foldable phone, its simply keeps loading, and showing me a blank screen. On inner screen, it would show me an empty screen to "select campus" without giving me any option, while showing nothing on the outer screen.

Extremely buggy. Part of its probably my school and how bad they are at updating things but notifications straight up not being a setting I can enable on my phone is definitely the app and there's no quick way to get help if the app doesn't work (which is OFTEN), regardless whose fault it is.
