Primal Force is a strength and performance-based studio located in Wollert. We cater to all fitness levels, from athletes to beginners and everything in-between delivering results.
We focus predominantly on evidence-based training and nutrition principles while catering to all lifestyles to incorporate strength and performance into your day.
We offer classes, one on one PT and small group PT as well as a kids corner, and classes for all kids, mums and dads! We know that health is a lifestyle and we ensure to bring that to the whole family.
