I was not able to order through the app. The design is not user-friendly. I had to type in my information multiple times before being told my menu choice was not available. It initially connected me with a store in Green Bay, WI, even though I live 5 hours away in Iowa. I also lost my new sign-up discount as a result of the app misreading my location during checkout. It's 2024. Gawsh.

Since they updated this app and started using Toast it is worthless! I do not recommend! It would be faster to call the restaurant. I had to log into my account 3x because if you hit the back button you lose everything you have done and have to login again and start your order over. You also have to wait 5 sec after clicking an ingredient for example to move on to the next or it highlights the ingredients and brings up the cut and paste option. Its not my phone it happened on other devices!

I wasn't able to order the little joe pizza as a half & half. Then I had to pay for the order in the app in order to continue, I wanted to pay at pickup, since I wanted to also get a bottle of the Happy Joes sauce and to pay with cash. Went to the store and ordered instead, very busy, then guy made me the wrong pizza, even though my receipt had correct pizza on it.
