Ratings and reviews

Since they updated this app and started using Toast it is worthless! I do not recommend! It would be faster to call the restaurant. I had to log into my account 3x because if you hit the back button you lose everything you have done and have to login again and start your order over. You also have to wait 5 sec after clicking an ingredient for example to move on to the next or it highlights the ingredients and brings up the cut and paste option. Its not my phone it happened on other devices!

I was not able to order through the app. The design is not user-friendly. I had to type in my information multiple times before being told my menu choice was not available. It initially connected me with a store in Green Bay, WI, even though I live 5 hours away in Iowa. I also lost my new sign-up discount as a result of the app misreading my location during checkout. It's 2024. Gawsh.

Decent for ordering, rewards are the only reason I use it. Make sure you double-check the toppings if you choose one of their specialty pizzas. Not every pizza automatically chooses ALL the toppings for said pizza. Specifically; I just ordered a ½ BLT ½ Nacho Joe Supreme. Got a phone call within minutes to verify that I didn't want the cheese sauce. I didn't double-check the toppings, so I'm glad the staff was looking out. Nice Job West Locust HJ!
