APRs in this app have a max rate of 18%.  For more information regarding the APR contact your lender Representative.  Example of APR. If you borrow $7,500 over a term of 60 months with an APR of 11.99%, you will pay $166.82 each month. The total amount payable will be of $10,008.43, with total interest of $2,508.43. Minimum and maximum period for repayment - from 1 month to 60 months. The minimum loan amount is $2,000 and the maximum is $10,000.

Ratings and reviews

The app stopped working. When you press the app icon it goes to the initial blue screen with the sail boat and then no further. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times, to no avail. I notified my Branch and they passed the information along to IT and IT got back to me but, had no idea of what was wrong or how to fix the issue. When the app was working I used it for all my banking needs. Now, nothing.

UPDATE: Since my initial post, it looks like HarborOne fixed the bugs in their app. I no longer have issues depositing thru the app. Original post: 1 ⭐ When the app works it's great, but when it doesn't, which is often, its annoying. When I make a mobile deposit and take a picture of the check, the app shuts down abruptly. I have to reinstall the app frequently to get the mobile deposit to work. Their app developers really need to fix this issue.

I wish I could give it zero stars. This app crashes every time I open it. I logged in on an iPhone and it worked fine. This is the error that pops up: " REF: 3179:2EF2 ADB Detected by App " If the auto reply tells me to contact my bank I'm going to lose my mind. It's a software issue. This app updated back in July and does not work anymore. I'm running the latest version of Android on an S21 Ultra 5G. This app might as well be pulled from the store because it doesn't work. Go kick rocks
