Ratings and reviews

Skeptical at first, made a bet on MLB, opted in for bet and get if I lost. I won, cashed out, winnings came to me within 30 minutes. Yes, their app needs some upgrades but it's only a year old apparently so give it time? Customer service is always reachable and usually has good responses. Sorry to those who are having issues as I haven't yet. Giving 5 stars for the easy bet experience, payout, and reliability.

When it works well, this app has fairly basic and convenient functionality. Otherwise, it is a glitchy mess across all features you'd expect to work. I've had problems with deposits, withdrawals, and placing actual bets. After about a month of using the app, I have lost all confidence in it and will discontinue use. If I lose money, it should be on a bet, not because the app decided not to work on a particular day.

Overall, the experience is pretty good. I do have one minor issue and a major issue. The minor issue: I would like better lines on NBA games. A 15+ point line and alt assists other than 5, 8, and 11. The major issue: live betting odds changes. There are times I'm live betting nba or tennis matches and the odds will change AFTER I submit the bet and I will get the altered odds, NOT what I wanted originally. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED.
