Ratings and reviews

As a beginner sports better, and it being the only option in Florida, I find the platform easy to navigate, with overall fair odds and returns. it's extremely mobile friendly, the transactions are almost always instant, and the one time I had an issue the customer service was extremely patient and knowledgeable with explaining my loss.

It's a decent app. There are a few issues that need to be ironed out. The biggest issue I have is when I'm setting up a same game parlay bet, at the bottom of the screen it says "make 2 selections", "how it works", and "2+ selections required" in a tab that covers up some of the picks I'd like to select. Another issue is the game quarter and time left in the game is usually way behind than what it actually is. Google play store app is what I use and my app is up to date

When it works well, this app has fairly basic and convenient functionality. Otherwise, it is a glitchy mess across all features you'd expect to work. I've had problems with deposits, withdrawals, and placing actual bets. After about a month of using the app, I have lost all confidence in it and will discontinue use. If I lose money, it should be on a bet, not because the app decided not to work on a particular day.
