Ratings and reviews

I've dropped the score from 4 to 3 stars. After a year of using it, the issue of your bike pics just randomly disappearing is still an issue. Other times, it just doesn't record your miles at all. But the really annoying issue is the fact that there is no real way to communicate with others in the app. There is no notification whatsoever when someone responds to your comments within the app, and they just get buried over time. The only notifications are for harley adds and promotions.

Constantly crashes can't even record rides anymore. I was really looking forward to using the features of this app, but when it won't even open or load my info, it's useless. I'm uninstalling. Harley, you can do better. How about actually fixing this issue rather than keep giving automated responses with apologies. We know you're sorry, now do something about it! We spend tens of thousands of dollars on your bikes, how about actually caring about the people that support your brand!

Decent but needs work. The map is zoomed in way too close, hard to see upcoming turns on the map. Needs an optional zoom level. Also doesn't tell which direction upcoming turns are on custom made maps, just tells distance to next waypoint. Doesn't update if you pass or miss a waypoint, just continuously tries to reroute you back to that waypoint. Sometimes it will veer off the predetermined route for unknown reasons. I don't hate it, but I don't love it.
