About this app

Harmonic is a transparent binaural audio studio. Choose delta, theta, alpha, beta, or gamma-inspired beat rates; select a carrier frequency, duration, ambience, and comfortable volume; then see exactly which frequencies are delivered to each ear. Built-in education explains the Greek-letter brainwave bands, suitable listening contexts, and the difference between a sound prompt and an EEG measurement. Solfeggio labels are presented as traditional wellness associations, not established treatments. Headphones are required for the binaural effect. Never use while driving or during safety-critical activity.
