About this app

Receive, monitor and analyze professional live video over SRT — the low-latency
protocol used for broadcast contribution links.

SRT Monitor turns your phone or tablet into a field monitor for live feeds: see the
picture, hear the audio, and watch the health of the link in real time.

Note: "SRT" here means Secure Reliable Transport, the low-latency video protocol —
not .srt subtitle files.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Play SRT streams in Caller, Listener or Rendezvous mode, with AES encryption
(passphrase) and Stream ID.
• Monitor the link live: RTT, bandwidth, lost / retransmitted / dropped packets,
receive buffer and TSBPD latency.
• Multiview: watch several feeds at once.
• DVR / timeshift: pause and rewind a live feed, and export the last minutes.
• Record the incoming stream to TS or MP4, and capture still frames.
• Floating player: keep the feed on top of other apps while you work.
• Closed captions (CEA-608/708), multi-program TS with service selection, and
audio track picking with VU meters.
• KLV / MISB 0601 telemetry panel for FMV feeds.
• Cast your feed to a TV with Google Cast.
• Connection profiles with QR codes and shareable links.
• Also plays RTMP, HLS, MPEG-DASH and Icecast/HTTP.

subscriptions — and unlocks full multiview, stream recording, DVR, advanced
statistics and unlimited profiles.

Built on libsrt (Haivision) with SRT 1.5.6.
