Thank God they finally came out with a proper web app because I would no longer be a subsciber otherwise. This app is a joke. There have been no improvements to performance at ALL in months. They added a progress bar for downloads. Super helpful when songs cut off halfway through, you can't seek forward or back in songs or it'll stop playing, and the only way to get it playing again is to change songs and go back. It crashes all the time. Doesn't pause music when it disconnects from Bluetooth, and the notification always has a play button, no pause. This app can't do the most basic things that every other music app I've ever used can do. I've written multiple, detailed feedback and bug reports to their team over the past several months. No improvements at all since I've had the app. If this weren't the ONLY way for me to listen to my favorite bands live shows (without purchasing every single show) I would have never continued past the free trial.
Just paid for a full year and now the app won't even recognize me when I log in. Have lost my playlists, can't stream, so pissed off. Don't even know how to contact them for help.
It cut off in the middle of the first set. I cannot get a refund, it will not play where I left off. Utterly disappointed for $20 purchase for the live stream.
After two months I had it and cancelled. Simply put, this is the poorest performing music app I've ever used. Virtually nothing about it works properly. See any review on here.
Every time I play a song the sound stops working around 3 minutes before the end of the song. The songs also often won't load, even if I'm in WiFi range or have 4g service available. The last update fixed a few bugs but you guys still have a lot of bugs to work out. Great format and library, it would be the best app in the world if it wasn't so buggy.
Great artists, horrible app. Needs update to fix bugs. I feel like that's not too much to ask especially since we pay 12 bucks for this.
