They ought to rename this app "Bugs" due to the constant crashing, freezing, sometimes skipping back two or three songs for no reason at all. Even after downloading a Playlist to my phone, it will still struggle to play more than a song or two without crashing. I've been paying for premium for several years and feel trapped. I feel that the content I always want is ONLY available on the nugs platform. PLEASE put some more of our money into app development 🙏🏼

editing my review because now in my 2nd year of a paid subscription, this app is honestly awful. it freezes, skips, doesn't load on full wifi. its truly amazing how 1 second itll pull everything up and the next it cant load anything for 20 min. I dont know what's going on but for the amount of money/year this is, it should be way better. the interface and selection, live shows are amazing. if it works

Very terrible app. Pretty much forces you to make an account and subscribe in order to do the most basic things. Downloading, making a library & playlist, favoriting an artist are all things that REQUIRE a subscription. I paid for the music, I should be able to download it right after that, but instead you are forced to jump through hoops. Like, I don't even have access to the music ANYWHERE unless I use this app.
