Not recommended if you manage invoicing by project.. invoicing is tedious if you need to send individual invoices for each project.. also, marking invoices as paid is managed per invoice so takes forever. Not recommended if line items matter in your invoices.. Line items for invoices are too rigid and are set individually per invoice.. there are only 3 standard variables to choose from for line items and your choices don't stick which means they need to be selected everytime you make an invoice. Basically if this software is your only resort for invoicing, forget it and hire a book keeper.. it'll be cheaper in the end as you won't be spending hours every month straightening things out.
Apparently usability is of no concern to the developers of this app: Filling in duration is difficult as you need to type in the hours and only : is allowed as separator. Would like to type 1.5 instead of 1:30 (like you can do in browser version). Also copying empty rows from previous day is a must (like in browser version).
It's great! Just wish I could generate invoices from the app too! Also wish I could put a service line for number of items (e.g. phone calls logged).
Great app. I especially like the fact that I can edit my hours afterwards. However, it is a bit expensive if you are self-employed.
Simple time tracking and invoicing with a stable app (after 2 months) doing exactly what I need efficiently. Very happy after trying many competitors who either try to be too novel dont have invoicing or have their app crashing frequently.
Epic companion to time based contract work. The one last piece to the puzzle for me would to be able to generate/send invoices from the mobile app instead of having to go to the web app. Thanks for your great work!
