Ratings and reviews

Already had a guest say they were unable to book a stay even though the calendar showed dates available. Can't figure out how to view my host address and update my profile. Not intuitive. Also, as a rv traveler, it's uncomfortable being asked to review a host who was generous enough to offer their place for free. I get constantly reminded to review.

Great app with good functionality for a great camping program. The experience differs based on device though. My Samsung phone seems to work well for all functions, but my Samsung tablet will not search. No errors or response from the app at all. Would love to see HH sites integrated into RV Life app, as these are the most frequently used apps for full timers.

Was excited to get this app but almost everything is an add-on price when they don't advertise anything as an add-on when you sign up. Super bate and switch. You people should be ashamed of yourselves. After talking to some other RV-ers, some of these things were included in their previous basic membership, so they are switching sites to "add-ons" as time goes by.. I may be requesting a refund.
