Easy Slider enables the easiest and most comfortable way to adjust volume and brightness of your device when browsing videos or playing games. It also lets you launch your favorite apps or switch to recent apps effortlessly.
No need to use physical buttons or notifications panel to change the volume or brightness from one video to another; place your device off your hands or hold it with one hand, you can increase or decrease the volume instantly by just a single swipe or set brightness easily on any screen and any time you want. What's more, you can launch pinned or recent apps from the new advanced slider menu easily.

Warning: This app may not work as expected on devices with edge display. You may need to increase swipe area width to high values, which means using more of the screen as overlay.

Easy Slider allows performing swipe actions on selected side of the screen. It displays an overlay over other apps, which is always available when the screen is unlocked (except while some system apps which display over the overlay are open in the foreground).

You can start using Easy Slider with the default settings, but if you want to modify the app according to your preferences, you can change every parameter you need from the configurations.

Tip: If you start by swiping up or down, it's primary gesture; if you start with tap and then swipe, it's secondary gesture.

Note: Display over other apps permission is required for this app to run. It allows the app to stay and register touches on top of other apps. You can follow the "Initialize the app" menu to enter the related setting.

Note: Although this app doesn't use any battery in the background, disabling battery optimization may be necessary depending on your system. It's highly recommended to disable battery optimization for this app to prevent it from being stopped by the operating system. You can follow the "Initialize the app" menu to enter the related setting.

Ratings and reviews

When Easy Slider is enabled and running in the background, Android blocks browser permission popups (location, camera, microphone). Because of this, Chrome, Edge, and other browsers show the error: “This site can’t ask for your permission. Close any bubbles or overlays.” As a result, many websites that require permissions (location camera other) become unusable unless the app is force stopped or uninstalled. Issue needs to be fixed.

Nice and simple. The app is just shat I was looking for and has a nice variety of options to tweak but I'd still like to request ine thing: it would be nice to have an option to disable the volume indicator beeping sound. thank you! re 19/11/2025: yes! the beeping can be disabled now via the mentioned setting. Chapeau for very cool & respnosive handling of feedback!

Absolute perfection! Fully functional with amazing customisability and extreme persistence with that notification! It even autostarts on startup! Things to improve: 1- The options aren't really that easy to figure out and the options header text (the ones in brackets specifically) gets cropped out when in portrait mode after selecting a slider type option. 2- Pre-installed screen lock app doesn't work when added to the app's app shortcuts (not really what I wanted from this app anyway).
