This app useful only for reading system status. Changing the Chlorinator schedule takes half an hour because when changes are made too quickly, they are lost (even worse if the "lost connection to router" happens). I expect to be able to make changes quickly, and for all my changes to be accepted by my controller, not reverted minutes later. Disappointing and frustrating. Customer service has not been helpful for past issues, so I no longer contact them.

This app is unreliable. It frequently loses connection to the router and although it eventually - hours or even days later - reconnects, it is unpredictable and highly frustrating. Further, requests for assistance to the support email address (with repeated followups) have been totally ignored. Frankly, this whole system was a giant waste of A LOT of money and we are telling friends, neighbours and others just not to bother with it. Very, very unhappy.

Can't access app at all anymore. After login a screen pops up saying to upgrade by Dec 15 or I will lose the ability to upgrade remotely. I am unable to click "close" on the pop up to access my pool. Have to close app, login again, get pop up again, can't close pop up again. Tried clearing data, cache, and reinstalling - nothing works.

Please upgrade your app to 5.1.17 which should fix the logging out issue. If it does, please consider updating your review, it would be appreciated.
