About this app

This app calculates Muslims' prayer times using the phone's location (latitude and longitude) based on different conventions.

My Prayer wear is also available for smart watches running Wear OS 3 and above, including Watch Faces and a Tile.
Complications are also available for Wear OS 5 and above, including:
A. Next Prayer time.
B. Remaining time to next Prayer.
C. Hijri calendar date.
D. Gregorian calendar date.

Application Features:

- A widget that shows today's prayer times.
- A horizontal widget that shows a time bar between the previous and next prayer.
- Notification for each prayer and Iqamah reminders, with the ability to adjust their times.
- Ability to select a notification tone (Athan) from the SD card.
- Switching the phone to silent automatically during prayer times, with settings for each prayer.
- Finding the location automatically using the Network or GPS, or manually by searching on the Internet.
- A Compass to show the Qibla direction.
- Fajr (and Sahoor) Alarm, and it can be configured from Settings.
- A Date Converter, to convert Hijri to Gregorian and vice versa, and calculate the prayers for that date.
- Ability to adjust prayer times manually.
- Can be used in both languages, English or Arabic, and with two colors, White or Black.

App Permissions:

- Location: to get the location and calculate prayer times for it.
- Files & Media: to be able to select MP3 ringtones from the SD card, and store a backup of the app settings.
- Network Access: to get the location’s name and perform a manual location search.
- In-app Purchases: to add an option for users to support the app and the developer.

Ratings and reviews

Have been using it for over an year. I wouldn't have to find another app for azan since then. Good job guys!!! Edit: However, there has been a problem with the widget for some time. The times are not updated unless refreshed or there is no information at all. I hope it's known bug to the developers and will get it fixed soon.

A while ago, a bug has been introduced though and I wanted to highlight this to the developer...and this is the only way I have found. So, the bug is that when changing the default location, the app does not update the location. The times seem to have been updated but the old location is still displayed on the prayer times screen. My solution for this bug is to perform a manual search for the new location and set it as the default location. Cumbersome...so please have a look at this.

Great simple lightweight app. For those who put widget or notification, don't put this app under battery-saving mode. Otherwise, it won't update your prayer time. p/s: Your phone will have TWO battery-saving mode. One will get triggered when the battery goes below certain value. The other one is on individual app setting. Change the later one.
