"An error has occurred. Please try again later." At what point do I get what I'm paying for? Fix this.
Locks up on shield. Doesn't resume when it does. Not much of a fan at the moment.
Would be great if you could save shows, & movies to a watch list or a "favorites" of some kind. I'm amazed that you can't... Only individual episodes. Not the series itself... Really need to take a page out of Netflix's book or any number of different streaming apps. Your app could be soo great if it had those simple*, & key* features. Also a bit expensive at $14.99. $10 is a lot more reasonable
Well this app needs work. Have it across multiple devices. Unusable on the firestick. Hit and miss on ps4. Mainly use on Xbox one and works best on that but still have yet to watch a full movie without sound and playback issues. Netflix works perfectly on all the above mentioned. Have super fast internet. Definitely an hbo problem. Only reason I still have it is because love the content, and fingers crossed they fix it. But about to give up. Very poor performing app
Updated 6-14-17: Discovered the issue was a required, but unannounced update to Google Play Svcs. - Thank you the reply, HBO Now Support. Original: App crashes repeatedly upon fresh install on brand new LG V20. Uninstalled/Reinstalled and hard reset device to no avail. Cannot move beyond login screen.
This app is useless. For the last week it just says"An error has occurred. Please try later." I uninstalled, I followed every tip on the link HBO customer service is leaving on the other reviews. Maybe they should try to just put a useable app instead of charging a monthly fee for something that works one day out of a month.
