I signed up for the 30 day free trial to give it a go with my new phone . I forgot my password and was sent an email with a link to no where so I tried it and was told that I already have an account and my "30 days free trial is over but I could pay." ! What?! I thought you would be able to see on your end what was going on and credit.y days but ,no. Is there anything that can be done ?
Haven't been able to renew my subscription on the last month. I have trouble shot all options from calling my phone provider to contacting Google and HBO. Everyone is placing blame on each other. This is disappointing as I have spent too many hours trying to resolve this issue. Now I cannot login and update my subscription I don't know what to do I'm very disappointed in the app and the specialist no help was given.
Tired it but it had poor quality the video was behind on the script, like the timing was off. It would always say that it couldn't connect to the movie whatever that means. There's literally no way that I have tired to unsubscribe, which is what I would like to do.
Just purchased a new phone and went to log into the app. After several failed attempts I clicked "forgot password" and I am still waiting for the email 24 hours later. I'll just have to cancel and sign up with another email. Kind of lame.
Frequently freezes and then shuts down. Contemplating cancelling service unless its fixes soon. Love the content and shows but dislike the whole viewing experience. I end up frustrated and logging off to watch something else. Immediate attention to the problem or one more customer gone
Good, sometimes it starts skipping and making wired noise like a record scratching and also needs a casting feature badly so you can cast it to your tv. It would be so much easier than using the website.
