Still, the app is not working on Samsung A34 with Android 14, first reported in the beta version in July 2024, and still not fixed yet "on both stable and beta version", not a good thing for a bank's reputation that the mobile app has not been working for about a year and still has not been fixed. In the end will switch to another bank due to this issue...

not good experience first week good then I can't login with finger prints try fix no help then they block the account I call the customer service they have complicated I have to call from the phone they identified they won't accept another phone number until you do the procedure after that they ( the bank call the number) to solve the block if you are out of Jordan how this problem will be solved reminding that no other bank have this procedure to unlock accounts

Main functionalities work most of the time, but often I'm faced with bugs that stop my main goal. The UI itself is okay, not great. The UX I horrible. Many drop down lists are not clickable apart from the small arrow. Everything takes too long to load. Performance is not good at all. Whoever is making this application should be given 2 months to enhance performance. Its unbelievable that a drop down list takes 2 seconds to open up. Many ways to improve.
