Ratings and reviews

Constantly goes back to the home screen. If I want to change one detail such as dates or location, it goes back to the home screen and have to select everything (location, dates, guests) all over. Also, it does not open shared links. For example, I get numerous links for hotel links, but the app only opens to the home screen. For a company so big, I would expect more from your app.

The app stinks! Use to be a fantastic way to book a room...even spur of the moment. But this app has really fell off dramatically. Can't sign in, and when it finally does (after many attempts I might get lucky) then it won't show my reservations in the trips...and certainly haven't had a chance to get into the rewards part. If I loose my reward nights, I will forever be gone. Thanks!

Recent changes to this app make it less user friendly. What once took 1 tap to load directions into maps from the reservation confirmation now takes about 6 taps and some address copying and pasting. Also notifications that come in and show at top of screen usually vanish when I swipe down to open them. Still easy to make reservations but not as functional as before.
