App looks nice enough, but didn't work for check-in. I checked in on the app, followed the instructions, but the terminals in the hotel then just kept saying they couldn't find my booking so couldn't issue my key. So then I had to go to the desk and she said words to the effect of, "Oh we've not finished setting up the app, you still have to check in manually." So why did the app tell me I was checked in, and why did the terminals tell me I just didn't have a booking at all? Half-baked.

Quick and easy to use. Although I notice the checkout goes blank using my pixel fold phone. Had to fold it back to the usual screen size so the checkout details will display correctly and be able to fill in my card details.

It's a good app and works well. But. If Premier Inn are goiing to insist on online check-in then why not go the whole hog and give customers the option of adding keys to Google / Apple Wallets?

What’s new

Mobile Keys: Allows guests to self-issue keys via the app from 48 hours before arrival (Check-In Online required). The feature is live across selected UK & Germany hotels.
