Keeps kicking me out I've tried logging in to my account and the app stops. I've tried booking without logging in and the app stops when it tries to go past the initial details (I assume onto a payment section). Really would love to use the app but it's so frustrating when it keeps closing.
Can't Log In Haven't been able to use this app for months on Galaxy S4, updated my phone as well. circle keeps spinning and then comes up that it's stopped working. Disappointed.
Awful This is the single worst app I have ever tried to use. Beyond useless. Utter crap. No matter how many times I reinstall it crashes and says "unfortunately... ". There's no misfortune, it's complete and utter rubbish.
Can't log in App won't allow log in to account. This problem has been present for a long time (as mentioned in many other reviews) but still hasn't been fixed. The only work arounds appear to be delete all data or reinstall the app. Better off just placing a shortcut in your browser.
Doesn't Show Up I used this app to book a room. Came up couldn't continue as details were wrong. Straight away I received an email confirmation of booking. Even now on app booking is not showing. Not reliable
Works for booking but no check in Does the job for booking a room on the move but one significant omission is that you can't use the app to check in in advance. Hopefully this is coming soon because I see the app for iOS already has this capability. A curious decision to make it available on the least popular platform first! UDPATE 05 Jun 16: Saw the 'Authorise your Payment' pop-up window for the first time (Capital One MasterCard). The text on this is waaaay too small, even for those with with good eyesight! Surprised not found in testing.
