Ratings and reviews

App looks nice enough, but didn't work for check-in. I checked in on the app, followed the instructions, but the terminals in the hotel then just kept saying they couldn't find my booking so couldn't issue my key. So then I had to go to the desk and she said words to the effect of, "Oh we've not finished setting up the app, you still have to check in manually." So why did the app tell me I was checked in, and why did the terminals tell me I just didn't have a booking at all? Half-baked.

Outdated information and high pricing following bad decision to close most restaurants. That leaves most 'hotels' I looked at as motels with no apparent catering (or bars?). To make matters worse the 'hotel' details still list the restaurants that are now shut. No hotel specific information available from phone 'AI' either. Dreadful.

This doesn't load the page after selecting a hotel. It works on my old phone but something is wrong on this newer one. There's a moment when the purple circle moves as if loading a page, only for nothing to display. I am a business customer. Is this a common problem? I still can use the web page but this is inconvenient
