very easy to make a booking very easy to understand gives all the room rates for each type of room. it would be nice to get the invoice on the app also?? how about if we could check in on the app.? handy when busy when everyone arrives to check in at the same time ⏲️. how about ifchecking in on the app?

“Unfortunately, Premier inn Dubai Dragon Mart Hotel does not provide parking for guests. You end up spending nearly an hour searching for a spot just to be able to park. When you speak to the management, their response is simply: ‘We mentioned on the booking websites that parking is not available… it’s just luck.’ This level of service is disappointing and does not meet the expectations of hotel guests.”

Our go to, always! Consistently good. Great staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Easy to book online with app. Great customer service if there is a problem which has only ever been once and minor issue.
