Ratings and reviews

App works well generally. Depending on the type of booking, it looks like you can only make one change of date via the app. If you make any further changes online, the app doesn't update the booking.

badly broken, works once, then never logs in again, and you need to clear all the app settings again to make it work. clearly very poorly developed and poorly tested. something to do with awstrack.me. id rather not be tracked thanks.

i love Premier Inn and the app is really easy to use. i love the map feature to look at what is around the hotel and compare prices to hotels near by.
