“Unfortunately, Premier inn Dubai Dragon Mart Hotel does not provide parking for guests. You end up spending nearly an hour searching for a spot just to be able to park. When you speak to the management, their response is simply: ‘We mentioned on the booking websites that parking is not available… it’s just luck.’ This level of service is disappointing and does not meet the expectations of hotel guests.”

Has been working perfectly for many months. Suddenly hangs on the opening splash screen with a spinning circle and refuses to go any further than that. l Only way to get it to open is to delete all app data and go back in from scratch. Not exactly convenient or quick.

These last few weeks, I've downloaded the App and made a couple of bookings, but a week later when I went to check my bookings they weren't displayed and I couldn't find them by entering the reference number or my name several times. Aaaaaand relax, more like PANIC It's funny how when it comes to taking the money, technology always works. Thanks for your reply, but I only see one booking, not one for a later date for the same hotel? I'm still PANICKING.
