Update--App is now working fine, bugs have been fixed--thank you! App doesn't work. Searching for hotel in London for September, all I get is error message "something went wrong. Please try again". Try again still nothing. Do the map search "no hotels available in this area"--all of London. Reinstall app same thing. Website shows lots of availability. App is useless if you can't search for a hotel.

Very impressive However!.. Slick UI. Smooth and easy navigation. Especially like the map view, which is super smooth. Well done to the devs. You need to fix the credit card payment option to allow Cvv entering and verification via sms from the card provider. I could not complete a booking using the app as payment gets declined. Using the website all worked perfectly. It's not perfect but almost there.

This app is pointless. I got an email to confirm a booking and a link to download the app. I downloaded the app. Tried to create an account. It ended up on the website and creating an account before the app worked. None of the alerts to say I had typed in a wrong phone number or password were highlighted in the app. Tried to login and manage my booking for it error and couldn't find it. I used the website no issues. Don't bother with the app just use their website
