Has been working perfectly for many months. Suddenly hangs on the opening splash screen with a spinning circle and refuses to go any further than that. l Only way to get it to open is to delete all app data and go back in from scratch. Not exactly convenient or quick.

updated : The was great, it's convenient, it's not complicated and easy to use. 2025-12-04 - The app is broken again, this was reported again via Premier Inn feedback form 4 weeks ago. I have old bookings marked as up and coming, the order of my bookings is mixed up. Confusing and frustrating, I can only trust the web version at the moment. Its just a mess, it's become unreliable. when it used to be great. I can't trust what I see. 2025-12-11 still broken, just sent an email to app support.

Just updated the app and now I can't get it to load. Can't look up my booking on website because it just says 'something went wrong, please try again later. I often have trouble using your site and app to make amendments and if I call I get put through to someone on the other side of the world on a dodgy phone line.
