HOW IT WORKS
• Health Connect aggregates data from compatible fitness apps on your device
• You configure your webhook URL and select exactly which metrics to sync
• Data is sent directly from your device to your endpoint — nowhere else

• Sleep: duration, stages, quality scores
• Body metrics: weight, BMI, heart rate, SpO2
• Nutrition data (where available in Health Connect)

PRIVACY BY DESIGN
All data flows directly from Health Connect on your device to the webhook URL you provide. This app has no backend servers and does not collect, store, or transmit your data anywhere except the endpoint you configure.

Requires Android 14+ and Health Connect app installed.
