HOW IT WORKS
• Health Connect aggregates data from compatible fitness apps on your device (Google Fit, Samsung Health, Fitbit, Garmin, Oura, Withings, and more)
• You configure your webhook URL(s) and select exactly which metrics to sync — nothing is read until you enable it
• Health Connect permissions are requested only for the data types you turn on
• Data is sent directly from your device to your endpoint — nowhere else

WHAT YOU CAN SYNC (31 types — you choose which to enable)

Activity & fitness Steps, distance, active calories, total calories, exercise sessions, VO₂ max

Heart & vitals Heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV/RMSSD), blood pressure, blood glucose, oxygen saturation (SpO₂), body temperature, skin temperature, respiratory rate

Sleep Sleep sessions with duration and stage breakdown (light, deep, REM)

Body composition Weight, height, body fat percentage, lean body mass, bone mass, basal metabolic rate (BMR)

Nutrition & hydration Nutrition (calories, macros), hydration (water intake)

Cycle tracking Menstruation flow, menstruation period, intermenstrual bleeding, ovulation test, cervical mucus, sexual activity, basal body temperature
