Ratings and reviews

The old app was so easy and convenient. After the new upgrade, the app has become extremely cluttered and all the information is hidden and needs multiple taps. But the worst part is the login. if I accidentally open the app with the wrong SIM number, the app resets itself and makes me go through entire registration again. In the old app, all I had to do was put the sim for registered number and restart the app. And what's with the dev team asking me to email my complaint?

Edit: Rating Downgrade. A big step backwards. The new app adds a useless animated splashscreen before presenting the login button, making it take longer to log in. Once logged in, for some reason my account balance is now obscured, so I have to go through an additional step just to check it. All the extra junk in this new version makes the app so "heavy" that now it frequently doesn't work over cell data connections; it almost requires wifi, which makes it useless as a mobile app.

The latest update has made this app completely unusable. Every single time I close the app, it logs me out entirely. Rather than a simple biometric or PIN login, I am forced to go through the full registration process every time I want to check my accounts. It is unacceptable for a major financial institution to release an app with such a fundamental flaw. It is a massive waste of time and undermines my confidence in your digital security and user experience.
