Edit: Rating Downgrade. A big step backwards. The new app adds a useless animated splashscreen before presenting the login button, making it take longer to log in. Once logged in, for some reason my account balance is now obscured, so I have to go through an additional step just to check it. All the extra junk in this new version makes the app so "heavy" that now it frequently doesn't work over cell data connections; it almost requires wifi, which makes it useless as a mobile app.

This is the worst banking application I have ever used. I have been unable to log in since morning. The MPIN login is not working, and even the "Forgot MPIN" option fails to respond. I reinstalled the application, but now the mobile number verification is also not working. I tried contacting customer support, but I was unable to report the issue there as well. This has been a very frustrating experience. need to improve the app's reliability.

It's so funny that a prominent bank in a country with highly qualified IT professionals cannot make a simple banking app work. I get so many emails to update my KYC, when I want to do it via the app, the confirm button does not work. It's as if there's a field that's incomplete. And even if something is incomplete, it's not really obvious or apparent. The app is of little help. A very poor experience from a bank that is now irrelevant.
