Ratings and reviews

Pros of the new version : 1. Login is faster when compared to the old version of the app. Personally, I can say this is the major update. 2. More options regarding banking are given. Cons of the new version: 1. UI is not that easily interactive. The older one was far better for checking card details and transactions. The design can be better. Especially the color palette. Bugs found: 1. The app crashes when we select custom unbilled transactions for 36 months option under credit cards.

Enshittification at its best. You've made sure the customers never come to your app for transactions. The older UI/app was seamless and works with fewer clicks. Now I have 5 more clicks for a simple operation to send money. What's the point of favourite when it doesn't even open on click! It doesn't remember the amount of favorite transaction like the old app. Thanks I've switched to other apps for payment.

After the forced update of the app, I am unable to log in to my account. It repeatedly asks me to log out from other devices, even though I have not logged in anywhere else. I was only using the previous version of the app on this device. The earlier version was working perfectly fine, so it’s unclear why a complete app overhaul was necessary when it has introduced login issues instead of improvements.
