I'm extremely frustrated with the login process. For over a month, I've been trying to access my account, but it consistently fails, displaying an error message saying the SMS wasn't sent. Ironically, the SMS for registration on the old app works perfectly fine. However, when I try to log in on the old app, it prompts me to register on the new app,

one of the worst redesigns I've seen. The old app was easy to use, had the features exactly where they needed to be. navigation was straightforward. for example, sending money to an existing payee was just 2 clicks away. now, you need to 'manage payee' then it does nothing when you click on any payee. now, you need to click kn triple dots and then the payment option comes up. also, same case with the statement

Enshittification at its best. You've made sure the customers never come to your app for transactions. The older UI/app was seamless and works with fewer clicks. Now I have 5 more clicks for a simple operation to send money. What's the point of favourite when it doesn't even open on click! It doesn't remember the amount of favorite transaction like the old app. Thanks I've switched to other apps for payment.
