Edit: Rating Downgrade. A big step backwards. The new app adds a useless animated splashscreen before presenting the login button, making it take longer to log in. Once logged in, for some reason my account balance is now obscured, so I have to go through an additional step just to check it. All the extra junk in this new version makes the app so "heavy" that now it frequently doesn't work over cell data connections; it almost requires wifi, which makes it useless as a mobile app.

one of the worst bank apps I have come across. it's very bad decision to show advertisement, different offers related to cards, loan on the bank app. one wants bank app to be as simple as possible without no distractions. Marketing related data should be shown on app. You might want to send notification but showing them always is bad decision and bad experience for user.

The new app has so many problems, its impossible to get the account statement they removed the download option for some of the periods and email is not coming, i have been trying to get my card last financial year statment for 2 days now. Also what is the problem with feedback seems you guys dont want your customers to give feedback..who asks for email, phone and bank customer id on app bug feedback form....just think how you are storing this form data and who all can access this.
