one of the worst redesigns I've seen. The old app was easy to use, had the features exactly where they needed to be. navigation was straightforward. for example, sending money to an existing payee was just 2 clicks away. now, you need to 'manage payee' then it does nothing when you click on any payee. now, you need to click kn triple dots and then the payment option comes up. also, same case with the statement

Edit: Rating Downgrade. A big step backwards. The new app adds a useless animated splashscreen before presenting the login button, making it take longer to log in. Once logged in, for some reason my account balance is now obscured, so I have to go through an additional step just to check it. All the extra junk in this new version makes the app so "heavy" that now it frequently doesn't work over cell data connections; it almost requires wifi, which makes it useless as a mobile app.

It does not even log you in. If the idea was to get people to rely on other apps to make payments. Hdfc, mission accomplished. update: app still won't load. now I use cred and phonepe. I did get it to work after I deleted data and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. From a design perspective it is good. but eventually it stopped working again. It is a very unreliable app.
