EverBeaver is a task app that works two ways: manage your own to-do list, or hand tasks off to the people in your life and track whether they actually get done.
Whether you're staying on top of personal goals or coordinating with a partner, roommate, or coworker, EverBeaver keeps everything in one place — no more chasing updates over text.

TRACK YOUR OWN TASKS
Add tasks, set due dates, flag urgency, and update status as things progress. Tasks move through pending, in progress, paused, and done — so you always know where things stand.

DELEGATE AND FOLLOW UP
Assign tasks directly to people in your network. They get notified instantly, and you can see their progress without having to ask. If things stall, send a reminder right from the app.

SEE YOUR HISTORY
The home screen shows a week and month view of completed and missed tasks. Tap any day to see exactly what was behind it.

STAY IN THE LOOP
Push notifications alert you when new tasks arrive or when someone sends you a reminder — so nothing slips through.

EASY TO GET STARTED
Sign up with your email or Google account. Invite friends via a share link and start creating and assigning tasks straight away.
