1YR LATER: i have 2 small kids, life gets busy, i can't afford to (and don't want to) spend hours at a gym. i started using this app last May, and just one year later i'm a new person. i'm stronger & i feel better (and i look better). i'm turning 38 and, thanks to you, i'm in the best shape of my life. i've been able to use this app with zero equipment when traveling, when i have access to weights, and just with a $20 pullup bar at home. even when i had a wrist injury i was able to just switch exercises and keep going. thank you Krista. #noexcuses :: ORIGINAL REVIEW: this app helps you to get in great shape regardless of where you are, or whether you have any equipment. and the whole workout is only 12 minutes! you choose whether you have no equipment (body weight only), or have a pull-up bar, or some other equipment, and the app creates the workout based on your specific circumstance. and did i mention you can be in great shape working out only 12 minutes a day? thank you Krista, you gave me my mornings back.
Won me over I was skeptical at first but those 12 minutes kicked my butt. I was sweating more than I did after my 40 minute circuit training workouts that I normally do. This was definitely worth the 3 bucks I spent on it.
I used this app on my iPhone for a long time and loved it. I'm always looking for ways to change up my workouts and this app gives me lots of good solid choices. I changed to android and just got it on the phone. Can't wait to start using it again.
Don't waste your money. Crashes every few minutes This app is a waste of money. I literally cannot even get to a workout without it crashing. GARBAGE
I hate it And because of my hatred of this app, it pushes me to the limit. Awesome app
Not versatile Creative. Activities I've never considered. Can't custom create my own workout for upper body only. For a paid app, I was hoping for that.
