Health360° mobile application features a lot of services for its clients, these services range from member profile containing insured information to our exclusive SOS services and providers search.

Health360° mobile app offers special features on the move, beneficiary will gain easy access to their details by one-touch through our Mobile app. With wide range services as follows:
• Member profile section, providing insured primary information.
• Health360° provider's locations via Google maps locator with unique nearest feature.
• Claim submission and status tracking.
• SOS emergency services enable a quick connect to Health360° team either by direct connect to Health360° hotline or by an emergency message to Health360 team with current user location. (Mobile internet service is not a must).
• Health360° address, and contact information.
• Notifications of special events, updates, and more.
• Provider updates (popups).

Login failed continuously. from last 10 months, it's not working at all.

Not stable. I Have reported that the app crashes everytime I open it almost 6 months ago. Multiple follow ups and wasted time later the issue is still unresolved. Wouldn't recommend this app to anyone. I recommend that the developers consider building a web app instead. I am uninstalling this app now as I have reached the end of my tether.

I don't know why you have this app in the first place, it do not work at all Last time I got approval went to collect my medication, then days later you changed it and said it was system error and made me pay I hope my company won't renew the contract with you, you are really bad Update 15.01.2025 The app won't even start!!!!
