Epipal runs in the background and monitors sensors in your phone (and optionally watch) and attempts to detect convulsions associated with seizures, and different types of falls (drop seizures). When an emergency situation is suspected, an alarm is triggered, and if not disarmed within a preset time, an alert notification is automatically sent to your emergency contacts.

I have epileptic seizures from a TBI. I found this app on Google. I've been using it for a while without any issues. The latest updates have greatly improved the app. My wife uses a different platform, and it works great on sending messages to here. The only thing we have found as an issue is that the app must run in the background to receive messages. The tech support is very helpful and is currently working to fix this problem. I will do another update after the next version is released.

Way too expensive. Not only a way too high one time payment. No you should give them even every month money! They don't give you a service so why taking money monthly for a medical app which should be free??? Excellent user interface.

Very buggy app. Adding family members to the circle is impossible as notifications are not sent to recipients. Installing the app on family members phones requires each one to subscribe at 19.99 per month, not 19.99 for all the family. Certainly not an app I would rely on to alert me of my sons seizures.
