I'm a dedicated fed credit union user. Unfortunately, this app is terrible. The user interface/layout is fine, and, once in, the few things I use it for work OK. But it won't retain login credentials, and won't hang onto touch (thumbprint) authentication either. It means I have to enter an intentionally cryptic password almost every time. I also get "network unavailable" errors constantly, even when all other apps (including bank ones) work fine.

Better than before! I was about to cancel my account completely until they made a few updates which makes it a lot easier to bank with them. I do like the app but love the changes to the website.

This app is great ,for my banking . Its secure.
