Health.md turns authorized Android Health Connect data into portable files that you choose and control.
EXPORT HEALTH CONNECT DATA YOUR WAY
Create readable Markdown, Obsidian Bases, CSV and JSON summaries or provider-native JSON/NDJSON snapshots. Choose the metrics, date range and destination, preview the filenames and content, then export to a local folder, an Obsidian vault, another Android document provider, your own API endpoint or a paired Health.md CLI. Health.md requires no account and operates no health-data cloud.
CHOOSE FROM 100+ HEALTH METRICS
Export authorized sleep, steps, workouts, heart rate, HRV, blood pressure, blood glucose, oxygen saturation, respiratory rate, weight, body composition, nutrition, hydration, mobility, mindfulness, reproductive health and other Health Connect records. Denying one category does not prevent exports of other authorized categories.
PREVIEW, CUSTOMIZE AND AUTOMATE
Choose units, formats, write modes, folder organization and granular samples. Preview exact file paths and content before anything is written. Run exports manually or schedule them for a destination you select, then review completed and failed runs in export history.
HEALTH AT A GLANCE
Four optional home-screen widgets show authorized activity, sleep and heart summaries from a small on-device cache. Widget access and background refresh remain under your control.
PERSONAL MEDICAL RECORDS (FHIR)
When Personal Health Record support is available on the device, the “Medical records (FHIR)” option lets you preserve authorized medical resources in the same user-controlled archive. Supported categories are:
• Vaccines and immunizations
• Allergies and intolerances
• Conditions and problem-list history
• Laboratory results
• Medications and prescriptions
• Personal details used to identify the record
• Practitioner and practitioner-role details
• Pregnancy records
• Procedures
• Social history
• Visits and encounters
• Clinical vital signs
Each medical permission is read-only and is requested so that a user-requested medical-record export can include that specific FHIR category instead of silently omitting it. JSON and provider-native exports preserve the FHIR resource data and source metadata supplied by Health Connect; Markdown and CSV summaries report medical-resource counts by category. You may deny or revoke any category in Health Connect, and other authorized exports continue to work.
Health.md does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment, manage clinical care or modify Health Connect. Medical records are read only for user-controlled record portability and personal archive management.
