Keeps saying I don't have wifi or cell connection when I am clearly connected with data loading on other apps. Spent an hour to troubleshoot- restart phone, re install the app, etc and still doesn't work. Used different wifi networks at home and work to see if it'll detect the connection but it still doesn't.
