Frustrating. The marketing materials and website reference downloading the virtual visits app so you can access and schedule virtual doctor visits. That app doesn't exist so then they tell you to download THIS Avera app, which doesn't have access to virtual visits. It's a vicious circle. None of the established virtual visit apps [like Dr on Demand] accept Avera insurance...
