Terrible app. Nothing it legible on the screen on Android. Everything is cut off so you cannot tell what your are pressing. Icons are non responsive most of the time. You would think such a large company could get it together to provide an app that is clean, modern, efficient and most importantly, usable. Even the links on the app only lead to web pages or expect you to call, rather than chat. Terrible. Get it together please.

The interface on this app is awful. In order to get into the app, you need multifactor authentication, totally fine and normal. When you try to change apps on your phone to get to your authenticator app or to your email, you get bumped out and have to start all over. What is the point of having an app if you need another device at the same time to get into your account? Just use your computer.

Two stars for effort, it appears to be built using hybrid technology like Cordova/Phonegap. Not a fan, because typically most developers use it for the first time and wing-it, which makes the app experience not great, thus the low ratings. Pros low cost app, cons if not done well waste of money. However, the Web App version seems to be decent.
