WebTPA is a third-party administrator that processes claims and provides member support on behalf of your employer’s benefit plan. We provide a dedicated team to assist you with questions about your benefits, providers and claims. These team members can be reached through your dedicated customer service number on your ID card. We are based in Irving, TX, and we also have regional locations around the country, including San Antonio, TX, Oklahoma City, OK and Madison, WI. Ratings and reviews

I can occasionally log in but that's all. ID card link always shows blank page. No other links in the app. Can't search or confirm benefits, providers, claims, or anything. Not sure what this app is for.

Gets the job done for the most part, but it's in dire need of a redesign as it looks like an app from 2011. The functionality could be better too.

Horrible app. I normally need an app for the ID cards. It never displays them even though there is an option for it. I have to use their website to get the ID card. What's the point of this app?
