Customer service skills are lacking greatly with Joe. I've asked about help with logging steps and about the payout process and both times I was provided an email to contact instead of getting any kind of direct answer. I received snarky responses with a condescending tone each time. Very sad considering he is head of customer service according to him. I've talked to a sweet lady previously and to hear the huge contrast from amazing customer service to what I get from Joe is disheartening to say the least.

Challenge makes it exciting
I think they need to not be so picky on how many months it takes. I wanted to set my goal at 37 pounds lost in 3 months and it wouldn't let me if I didn't get $100 or more. I was getting $10 a month because that's all I could afford. But whatever. Ill just delete the app.
