Ratings and reviews

I'm trying to redeem my points and it isn't showing anything I can redeem them for so this is pointless. Checking in daily (spinning the wheel) mostly gets you discounts which isn't helpful the majority of the time. When you ask the advisors follow up questions and you tell them you can't join a Live chat, they won't answer your question and tell you to join anyway. Customer support in the app isn't helpful either.

some of the psychics are good but most just want your money. They stall so your credits run out or don't even answer the question just tell you to spend more by live chat. Even got 1 that sounded like a magic 8 ball. yes no ask again later!!

it closes chats and wastes time and money. suddenly account went minus credits to mske buy more. domt waste time and money. looks likr they open up same app with different names too
