As many people have said in previous reviews, the hearing aids are fine. It's the app that doesn't work right. Last night my hearing aid got stuck streaming one channel (my radio app). I couldn't get the radio to stop streaming nor could I begin playing my Audible app. This morning, no matter what I tried, I couldn't make Bluetooth play my audio app in my car. I couldn't get the sound to even turn on. I keep getting the notification that my hearing aid app was on, but I couldn’t turn it off.

With their most recent Android update (Mar. 2025), my heating aids spontaneously disconnect sometime during the day and are forgotten on my Android phone. That is, I receive a message stating that no hearing aids are detected by the App. This forces me to set up the devices again from the beginning. I have to do this every time they disconnect, which occurs at least daily. Please fix this problem!

These hearing aids were very expensive. They never really worked well, nor did they work with the app at all. I spent an additional $250 on a TV unity cell so that the TV would go right to my hearing aids. That worked a little better. But basically it never paired properly. It doesn't stream at all. The left hearing aid hardly ever pairs, and customer service is non-existent. No one calls you back, once you paid for them and your 90-day trial period is up. Stay away from this company.
