Very inconsistent, wellness does not register correctly. Too often, the app is off, and it is hard to hear. I feel it is not reliable. I do like features for different hearing situations. however, when I'm moving about, it shuts down, and I realize I can't hear effectively, and I'm not able to adjust my phone. Advice needed.

I've used the TH app for almost two years. Most of that time it worked as expected. in recent months, something changed (Android 16 updates?) and now it crashes on startup almost every time, multiple times, even after yesterday's update. I get in eventually on the 5th or 8th or so attempt, but frustrating when I need a mode change or adjustment and it takes 10min.

This app does not interface well with the hearing aids and since it is developed for an apple phone it probably won't be improved. I even upgraded my cellphone to the newest android but there are still issues hearing from both aids as well as one or the other not working at all with my phone. It would be helpful to get a response that isn't a canned automation.
