About this app

Heartland Guest allows you to scan a code on your guest receipt to earn loyalty points. All your points are managed in the app and automatically converted to rewards when spending levels are achieved. The more points you have the higher your reward level and the better your reward values.

Discover other participating restaurants in your area where you can scan to earn points. Integrated mapping and turn-by-turn directions guide you to your next meal. Heartland Guest is iBeacon enabled so restaurants can be greet you when you arrive.

Scanned receipts from any participating restaurant are kept in the history section of the app. All your previous orders are visible inside Heartland | Restaurant and can be re-added to new orders by restaurant staff.

I have been trying to set up my account. I have tried multiple times across the last couple of days to request a phone verification code but the system is not texting it to me. I received the email verification but can't get the cell phone one. The app will not allow me to continue to set up the account. The customer support number online routes to a scam Medicare comp. When I called merchant serv support they gave the same number. App is useless if I can't set up an acct or speak to anyone.

Restaurant gave an option to pay with the app. Downloaded the app. Made account. Verified email. Gave them my phone number. Verified phone number. Finally given option to pay. And then it just wouldn't accept the credit card. Just kept giving an error. Finally just paid the old fashioned way and tried to add the credit card to the account again just to see. STILL wouldn't let me add a credit card.

Terrible app... Avoid if any other option is available. If you enjoy being unable to ever switch apps ... Like when you need to get a confirmation code in your email to enter into this app and it just freezes up, this is perfect for you. Better yet, if you like getting 3/4 of the way done and then you get to start over... It's even better.

What's new

- added new disclosures to the approval form to phone numbers for new users. These new disclosures are required to comply with various mobile carrier requirements for multi factor authentication.
