The MicroPayments GS Payment App allows a user to pay for their laundry, directly from their smart phone, at participating laundry locations. Users can track and manage their laundry account balance, start washers and dryers, It is fast, easy, and convenient.

Keep quarters handy! This app often decides to either not connect with the machine, or pretend the machine is running when it isn't. Sometimes it takes your money in the process and doesn't give a refund. This app is awful. I've wasted so much time and money on it. I've complained about it to customer support and literally nothing changes. Please fix it.

I recommend keeping quarters handy, because you can't rely on this app! It's infuriating. Great in theory, but most of the time there's a problem. It takes forever to connect, doesn't recognize location/machine, or YOU, "this machine is having problems".... it can take 15 mins to get from opening the app to successfully get a machine to start. And you can't pay in increments less than $10.

The reason this app has so many downloads is I have to uninstall and re-download it every time I want to connect. It connects maybe 1 out of every 20 attempts. I spend about 10 minutes just trying to start the damn machine every time I want to do laundry. I have called them in to service the machines several times in the span of months and seen no improvements. If you're looking for apartments and they use this service, I'd go ahead and look elsewhere or resign yourself to using a laundromat.
