About this app

HeartRate Tracker - Health Monitor is a health management application focused on heart rate tracking, combined with a scientific daily water intake logging feature. It helps you accurately monitor health metrics such as heart rate and scientifically manage your daily water consumption, allowing you to stay informed about your body’s dual status anytime. 💓
Core features include:
❤️ Heart Rate and Blood Oxygen Measurement – Simply place your finger in front of the phone’s camera and hold still for a few seconds. The app captures changes in the color and brightness of the user’s blood vessels to measure heart rate and blood oxygen levels.
📊 Blood Pressure & Glucose Logging – The app does not support direct measurement of blood pressure or glucose data. Users need to manually input their blood pressure and glucose values. The app helps record the data and generates charts for easy tracking of changes.
⚖️ BMI Calculator – Enter your height and weight to quickly calculate your Body Mass Index, with support for long-term trend tracking.
📈 Data Visualization – Displays heart rate, blood oxygen, blood pressure, glucose, BMI, and water intake data via intuitive charts, clearly presenting health and hydration trends.
💧 Water Intake Record Management – Tracks total daily water consumption, allows setting hydration goals, and supports logging single intake amounts and frequency. Users can customize the amount per drink, view hydration progress with dynamic effects, and build a regular water-drinking habit.
📱 Home Screen Quick Access – After granting home screen permissions, the app supports quick launching by clicking or swiping on the screen. The interface layout may adjust, but all applications will be retained.
How does camera-based heart rate/blood oxygen measurement work?
We use a method called PPG (Photoplethysmography), which relies on optical technology to sense blood flow rates controlled by the heart.
When your heart beats, blood flows in and out of the capillaries in your finger. These changes in blood volume cause variations in tissue color. During measurement, the camera’s flash illuminates the tissue of your finger, and the camera captures a video of blood volume changes to record your heartbeat pattern.
⚠️ Important Note: This app is designed for health trend tracking and self-management only and is not a medical device. It does not measure blood pressure or glucose levels; users must input data manually. For any health concerns, always consult a healthcare professional.
