Update 2.0 has a working thermostat! Now I can set a temperature and the app will automatically turn off when that temperature is reached which is very nice during the spring because it's cooler at night. In the winter I plan to run the unit at maximum for heating the house but for now I'm just mining at night. I have had the miner for less than a month and I was fairly happy. The. The app update happened and I was pleasantly surprised by the additional features and look.

New heatbit trio won't connect to wifi. Tried different wifi settings, 2G/5G, different security settings and multiple routers. Never will connect. After waiting well over a year for a replacement of the original that actually melted the outer shell within a short period, it's pretty frustrating.

There away my device after it stopped functioning properly after 1.5 years. I made a loss on that piece of junk and wouldn't recommended anyone to lose money following my footsteps. Customer service was ok but Id prefer a properly working device vs. a customer service that's at the whim of an IT who may or may not prove helpful to you.
