Forge.OS - The all-in-one platform built for weightlifters by weightlifters.
It runs fully local, with no accounts, no cloud sync, and no required subscription.
Forge.OS supports full training structure and can be customized to support anything form a simple routine to a long-term workout plan, with the ability to track multi-week programs across defined phases. Choose an existing routine or use our plan builder to create your own.
Over 130 exercises included, with support to create your own along with supersets, dropsets, and variations that stay linked to their base movements instead of cluttering your library.
Progression is based on actual performance. The system tracks your lifts, detects stalls, and adjusts recommendations per exercise rather than following fixed rules.
Analytics focus on what matters. You can track volume over time, estimated 1RM trends, workout frequency, and PR history, along with muscle group and weekly volume breakdowns.
Working out with a friend? Share your QR code and they can use your custom workouts. Want to share a plan? Send them a Forge file and they can import your plans as well.
PR detection intelligently knows when you hit a personal best and tracks your anthem that gives you the best results.
