An OK but unnecessary app. Heavys major appeal is their simplicity, craftsmanship, and focus on high-quality audio. Many headphones now have too many unnecessary gimmicks (bass sliders, voice command, transparency mode, etc) on top of a complicated app required for the use of the features, which detracts from just simply listening and enjoying music. There are already many apps that provide high-quality equalization across multiple bandwidths.

Love the listening experience. To tell the truth, I don't even use the app because it never seems to "find"my headphones. It is most likely user error, and I look forward to more updates so that I can get to use it more. It would be good in the future to be able to multi- connect (i.e. connect to tv and phone simultaneously), and I assume that this is coming. Really good headphones, and, with improvements, the app will catch up.

Pairing failed repeatedly. Un-installed, reinstalled and cleared data. Headphones work otherwise. Have to use an alternative equalizer/app which based on seeing it only being a 5 band, sounds to be reccomended. Though I do see the "what's next" in the the description and I'm hoping to change this from a 1 to 5 in the future. Edit: Issue preventing me from using the app was that my Heavys were connected to my windows Pc via Bluetooth. I could switch between my phone and PC otherwise.
