WHAT PEOPLE SAY
"Great app. I have no sense of direction so being able to create a route and import it into RunGo is perfect for me. It's given me the confidence to run a bit further from home and in other towns when I'm travelling for work. I did have a problem with the app "crashing" after 5 or 6 minutes exactly but this turned out to be a "feature" of my phone, Honor 10 (made by Huawei). There's a battery saving feature that shuts down apps when the user doesn't use them, but they still look open. I applied the fix and RunGo has performed flawlessly since." -App Review by Louise Coleman

Half the time, the routes don't even load. sometimes they load but indications won't play; both times forcing you to redraw the route as a new one (oh, you can only do it 4 times a month, so this "defect" might be intentional). I can't stand their "offcourse" notification anymore - if you are on the wrong sidewalk, or if their route data is not accurate, they will assume you went wild and stop giving you indications. Uninstalling after years of use.

Pretty terrible. Voice feedback doesn't work properly and is always "off route." It will give voice turns for the first quarter mile, then just stop and won't track the route once the voice feedback stops. Once off route, it doesn't get back on route. There is no place to see only your private runs; they appear as part of the public runs and it is difficult to find yours. Creating runs in the browser doesn't immediately sync with the app; it's better to create runs within the app itself.

This app has some serious problems. First of all, it doesn't even have a name/title on my device - the space where the name of the app usually goes (below the icon) is totally blank. The app appears at the end of my list of apps because of it. But more importantly, I can't even open the app without it crashing after a couple of clicks. Any time I try to view a route or group, it either gets stuck in a cycle of closing/reopening or just closes completely. As is, it's totally unusable.
