About this app

The application allows the user to manage Hedengren devices from the Cloud. It provides the following functionality:

Infrastructure overview of a user’s organization including all available sites for that organization and systems contained within those sites.
At a system level the user can view the overview of a system, the system online / offline status and warnings, disablements , faults within that system.
The user can also inspect all points within a system and drill down into the detail of each point and view live status updates on a point.
The app also has the ability to send commands on a system / panel and point level to interact with the hardware in a number of ways unique to each system type.
It is also possible to run commissioning and maintenance tests on devices from the app and to view and download reports generated by these tests.

Supported Hedengren systems Neptolux (Nepto-3K), HHL and Firescape.

What’s new

A new updated dashboard UX which allows the user to monitor any systems belonging to his organization at various stages during the app flow.
The automated generation of reports from the systems and also manual generation of reports at the completion of maintenance procedures.
Integrates maintenance / installation procedures for the Firescape and Neptolux systems. The user is able to test the points in firealarm zones and emergency lighting areas and generate reports.
Support for HHL+ system.
