The new version of the HEETCH app is a huge disappointment. While they added the ability for drivers to choose offers, the minimum doesn’t respect the 1€/km baseline. HEETCH always takes its commission, whether the price is high or low, leaving drivers racing to undercut each other. Now, the app attracts more riders, so drivers may feel forced to stay, since other apps might be abandoned. In the end, HEETCH profits while drivers lose out.
