Dangerous! The buggy software will take over control in random places, all of a sudden and slow you down when you are in traffic. The throttle completely doesn't work anymore. Then it randomly works again. This can be so dangerous if you are trying to get out of the way. Very poorly implemented software. Frustrating and potentially unsafe! Nobody on their support teams responds when a scooter is broken and you ask for a refund. Save your money (and maybe life!) and take a taxi.

Misleading "unlimited" plans, thats are limited both in time per ride and number of rides. Overly restrictive zoning in Orlando, especially for a tourist visiting Universal Studios (How comes there is NO spot that is easily walkable to the parks where one could park a bike?!). Limited availability of the bikes outside of 2 specific spots in the operating zone in Orlando. No in app search and navigation. App forces you to take a picture when you park, while the timer still ticking.

DO NOT USE Horrible experience, could not even leave a review at the end of the ride because it won't even let you submit the rating. To strat the ride I had to fill out 10 minutes of information which I had already filled, then it randomly slows down in the middle of the road almost causing a crash. To end it I had to wait almost another minute which then didn't work because it was telling me I was in a no parking zone, which I wasn't. Then when I parked it I had to wait another 30 seconds.
