Not a good experience being first time customer. DL the app and register, next step scan and ride. Done riding scanned to end ride, then only the prompt icon to register for the different passes appear. since I see the 30days pass was very practical for me then I purchased it. unnecessary cost for a start. The prompt icon should appear when customers are about to register their account. Contacted their WS, only to receive an apology and will feedback the matter to their team for improvement.

The bike rental business is cutthroat. It's SGD$4 for 30 mins. I rode and checked out at 30:03, and I'm charged another SGD$ 4 for three seconds, for a total of SGD$8. Not a pleasant experience. They don't prorate after you exceed the first 30 mins. Not only that, they are not transparent about the "top up" aspect of the app, which is different from renting the bike. Foreign visitors lose the money. This is predatory business model. VISITORS, AVOID THIS APP AND BUSINESS AT ALL COST.

Ripped off imo. I booked a family ride less than 10 mins use for only 1.5km and was charged $4. as compared to standard bike which coat only $1. Please la the extra $3 is not justifiable. It might make sense of they adjust the family bike to $2 instead. but $4 might as well i flag a cab. daylight robbery as if the child seat has an aircon or extra pedal booster like an e-bike.
