Probably better for children or complete beginners who want to venture into physical media. The app makes heavy use of the camera to check your drawing progress, though the "lessons" available at the start are more than a bit juvenile. As someone looking for motivation to practice anatomy and dynamic poses, this app simply doesn't seem to offer what I'm looking for, unless it's buried in a skill tree or hidden behind a paywall.

its probably good for beginners. I've been learning to draw for years, and i downloaded simply draw so i could learn perspective, since i couldn't find any tutorials for it anywhere else. it made me draw a fish and waste a page of my sketchbook, which I'm not a big fan of. i wish you could choose your skill level rather than the app assuming you have never picked up a pencil before. also, the fact that we're having AI scan the art pisses me off. lets not do that, its unnecessary.

total scam for time! I only drew a single fish then it asked me to pay! it also was so laggy every section would get stuck! I had to exit the app and go back in a lot. it said I could use any paper the paper I used would not work. I had to take the picture a lot till I figured the problem. I did not get any feedback from the app. I would not recommend this app.
